Lease Term:
Most leases will be one year long. More importantly, they will almost ALWAYS end on April 30th or May 31st.
Security Deposits:
The security deposit is typically 1 & 1/2 months rent, if you have good credit and no
pets.
Pets:
We may allow pets in the apartment after having seen the animal. If we decide to accept the pet there will be $50 per month increase in rent and an additional 1/2 months security deposit, typically meaning a total of 2 months for deposit.
Application Process:
This usually takes about 4 days. In order to secure an apartment you must submit these 4 things:
1) A filled out application, for each tenant who will occupy the apartment. This
can be downloaded from the website (see below).
You will be notified as soon as we know your status. On the move in date, we will require the first month's rent. We will then give you the keys.
2) A photo copy of the most recent Pay Stub and Driver's License for each applicant.
3) A $40 application fee to pay for background and credit checking for each applicant.
4) A deposit in the form of a bank check, money order or certified check (personal checks are not accepted for deposit). The deposit will be refunded if your application is rejected or applied to your security deposit if you are accepted.

To adjust the margins for the HTML version:
Step 1: Under the 'File' menu select 'Page Setup', (or 'Print Options' or whatever item allows you to change margins.).
Step 2: Under margins, set them to .5 or less, (this is equal to 1/2 inch on all sides. It allows more info on each page.)
Step 3: After you print the app, you can simply leave the new margins, or if you prefer, just change them back.
