3 car garage with a single 24' opening. Just 8' per car, so it is a little tight. It has low overhead clearance and high underside clearance is needed for the ramp down into garage. Small SUV's like a Honda CRV will fit. But large cars or trucks or sports cars with low clearance will not fit.
